2004 Players' Choice Awards

Danni Di Toro (AUS) and Michael Jeremiasz (FRA) have been voted the female and male player of the year in the 2004 Players Choice Awards. 2004 was Di Toro’s last year on the Tour. An article about Danni’s contribution to the sport can be found in Issue 24 of Take Two. One of Jeremiasz fellow players described the ‘energy and quality’ that he has brought to the men’s game. Jeremiasz had a great 2004 reaching the final of the NEC Masters and the Camozzi Doubles Masters and won the bronze medal in the singles at the Paralympic Games.

Two tournaments finished equal in the voting for the 2004 Tournament of the Year Award. The Swiss Open and the Sardinia Open were the players’ choice for 2004. Both tournaments were praised for their high level of organisation and friendly staff.
